Waiver Policy

If the Journal Charges an APC

Authors who are unable to pay may request a full or partial waiver where such a program is provided.

The journal should clearly specify:

Eligibility: [Specify]
Full Waiver: [Conditions]
Partial Waiver: [Conditions]
Application Procedure: [Specify]
Application Timing: [Specify]
Decision Authority: [Specify]

Waiver decisions must not influence manuscript evaluation.

If the Journal Has No Author Charges

Use:

The Journal of Multidisciplinary Science does not charge submission fees, article processing charges, page charges, or publication fees. Therefore, a publication fee waiver policy is not applicable.
