Author Guidelines

Authors must ensure that their manuscripts are original, academically rigorous, relevant to the journal’s scope, and prepared according to the journal’s formatting and ethical requirements.

A research manuscript should generally include:

  1. Title;
  2. Author Name(s);
  3. Institutional Affiliation(s);
  4. Corresponding Author;
  5. ORCID, where available;
  6. Abstract;
  7. Keywords;
  8. Introduction;
  9. Literature Review or Theoretical Framework, where appropriate;
  10. Research Method;
  11. Results or Findings;
  12. Discussion;
  13. Conclusion;
  14. Acknowledgments, where applicable;
  15. Funding Statement;
  16. Conflict of Interest Statement;
  17. Author Contribution Statement, where appropriate;
  18. Data Availability Statement, where relevant; and
  19.  

The structure may be adjusted for textual, philosophical, historical, doctrinal, or other forms of Islamic studies where conventional empirical research sections are not academically appropriate.
