Editorial Process

The editorial workflow follows the sequence:

Submission → Administrative Screening → Editorial Screening → Similarity Screening → Reviewer Assignment → Double-Blind Peer Review → Author Revision → Editorial Evaluation → Final Decision → Copyediting → Proofreading → Production → Publication

Editorial decisions are based exclusively on academic considerations, including:

An author’s nationality, religion, ethnicity, institutional affiliation, gender, academic rank, political position, or ability to pay publication charges must not influence the editorial decision.

Manuscripts submitted by editors or individuals closely associated with the journal must be handled by an independent editor to prevent conflicts of interest.
