Complaints & Appeals

The journal provides a transparent process for complaints and appeals.

Complaints may concern:

• editorial procedures;
• peer review;
• publication ethics;
• editor conduct;
• reviewer conduct;
• published content; or
• journal administration.

Complaints should be submitted to the Editorial Office with sufficient information and supporting evidence.

Authors may appeal an editorial decision when they believe a significant procedural, factual, or academic error influenced the decision.

Appeals must explain the academic basis for reconsideration.

If the complaint concerns the Editor-in-Chief, the matter must be handled by [Publisher Representative / Independent Senior Editor / Ethics Committee] who was not involved in the original decision.

An appeal does not automatically result in acceptance or reversal of the previous decision.
