Author Guidelines

Authors must prepare manuscripts in accordance with the journal’s scientific, engineering, ethical, and formatting requirements.

A standard research article should normally contain:

1. Title;
2. Author Name(s);
3. Institutional Affiliation(s);
4. Corresponding Author;
5. ORCID, where available;
6. Abstract;
7. Keywords;
8. Introduction;
9. Related Work or Literature Review;
10. Materials and Methods / Research Method;
11. System Design / Proposed Method, where relevant;
12. Experimental Setup / Implementation, where relevant;
13. Results;
14. Discussion;
15. Sustainability or Engineering Implications, where relevant;
16. Limitations;
17. Conclusion;
18. Acknowledgments;
19. Funding Statement;
20. Conflict of Interest Statement;
21. Author Contribution Statement;
22. Data Availability Statement, where applicable; and
23.  

Authors must:

• clearly define the research problem;
• state the novelty and contribution;
• apply appropriate methodology;
• provide adequate validation;
• present appropriate comparisons;
• report results accurately;
• acknowledge limitations;
• ensure conclusions are supported by evidence;
• provide accurate references; and
• comply with publication ethics.

For AI, machine-learning, or algorithmic research, manuscripts should provide appropriate evaluation metrics and baseline comparisons.

For engineering prototypes, manuscripts should explain design requirements, system architecture, implementation, testing, performance evaluation, and practical limitations.
