Types of Manuscripts
The journal considers the following manuscript types.
Original Research Article
An article presenting original theoretical, experimental, computational, engineering, or empirical research.
Review Article
A rigorous critical synthesis of previous research that identifies major developments, limitations, knowledge gaps, and future research opportunities.
Review articles may include systematic reviews, structured literature reviews, bibliometric analyses, scientometric studies, or other academically rigorous review approaches.
Technical Article
A manuscript presenting a substantial technological or engineering development, including a new system, architecture, prototype, algorithm, device, method, or implementation.
Experimental Article
Research reporting controlled laboratory, field, prototype, simulation, or engineering experiments.
Methodological Article
A manuscript introducing or evaluating a new engineering method, algorithm, computational procedure, modelling approach, measurement method, or evaluation framework.
Case Study
A scientifically rigorous analysis of the implementation or evaluation of technology or engineering systems in a real-world context.
Comparative Study
Research systematically comparing engineering methods, technologies, models, algorithms, systems, materials, or technical approaches.
All manuscripts must be original and must not be simultaneously submitted to another journal.
