Authors who are unable to pay may apply for a full or partial waiver according to the journal’s stated criteria.

If the Journal Has No Author Charges

Use:

The Journal of Sustainable Technology and Intelligent Engineering does not charge submission fees, article processing charges, page charges, or publication fees. Therefore, a publication fee waiver policy is not applicable.
