Author Guidelines

Authors must prepare manuscripts according to the journal’s academic, methodological, ethical, and formatting requirements.

A standard empirical manuscript should normally contain:

Title;
Author Name(s);
Institutional Affiliation(s);
Corresponding Author Information;
ORCID, where available;
Abstract;
Keywords;
Introduction;
Literature Review and/or Hypothesis Development;
Research Method;
Results;
Discussion;
Theoretical Implications;
Practical or Managerial Implications;
Limitations and Future Research, where appropriate;
Conclusion;
Acknowledgments, where applicable;
Funding Statement;
Conflict of Interest Statement;
Author Contribution Statement, where appropriate;
Data Availability Statement, where relevant; and

The exact organization may differ for conceptual papers, systematic reviews, case studies, qualitative research, and methodological articles where another structure is academically more appropriate.

General Requirements

Manuscripts must:

fall within the journal’s Aims and Scope;
present an original scholarly contribution;
clearly identify the research problem;
engage relevant and current literature;
apply an appropriate research design;
report research procedures transparently;
analyze data appropriately;
distinguish findings from interpretation;
provide clear theoretical implications;
provide practical or managerial implications where relevant;
present conclusions supported by evidence;
use accurate and verifiable references; and
comply with publication ethics.

The manuscript must not be simultaneously under consideration by another journal.

Authors must submit through the journal’s official OJS platform.
