Reference Style

The Journal of Management and Organization Research uses the APA 7th Edition referencing style.

Authors must ensure that:

• every in-text citation corresponds to an entry in the reference list;
• every cited reference can be accurately identified;
• author names and publication years are correct;
• journal titles, volume, issue, and pagination are accurate;
• DOI identifiers are provided where available;
• URLs are included where appropriate; and
• references are formatted consistently.

Authors are encouraged to prioritize:

• peer-reviewed journal articles;
• relevant scholarly books;
• credible institutional reports; and
• authoritative primary sources.

Authors should avoid unnecessary citations and citation manipulation.

Reference-management software such as Zotero, Mendeley, EndNote, or comparable applications may be used.

Authors remain fully responsible for checking the accuracy of references generated or suggested by automated or artificial intelligence tools.
