The Journal of Management and Organization Research is a fully open-access journal.
All published scholarly articles are immediately available to readers without:
- subscription fees;
- access charges;
- mandatory registration; or
- embargo periods.
The journal supports the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).
