Persistent Identifier / DOI Policy
The Journal of Management and Organization Research assigns persistent identifiers to published scholarly articles through:

Where DOI registration is implemented, each published article receives a unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI).
DOI Prefix: [10.xxxx]
The DOI provides a persistent scholarly identifier that should continue to resolve to the official article landing page even if the journal’s underlying web address changes.
The journal is responsible for:
- registering DOI metadata;
- maintaining metadata accuracy;
- updating destination URLs where necessary; and
- correcting DOI metadata when errors are identified.
Authors and readers are encouraged to use the DOI when citing published articles.
