Aim

The Journal of Management and Organization Research aims to advance knowledge and scholarly discussion in management and organization studies by publishing original, rigorous, relevant, and ethically conducted research.

The journal seeks to provide an international forum for developing and disseminating theories, empirical evidence, analytical frameworks, managerial practices, and organizational innovations that contribute to a deeper understanding of how organizations are established, managed, developed, transformed, and sustained.

Interdisciplinary manuscripts integrating management and organization research with economics, psychology, sociology, information systems, public administration, education, communication, technology, or other relevant disciplines are welcomed where the manuscript makes a clear contribution to management or organization studies.

Manuscripts without a substantive relationship to the journal’s stated aims and scope may be rejected during initial editorial screening.
